Replacement diplomas are $50 each. You may pay by online at this page by clicking “add to cart” or you may pay by cash or check on campus.

To request a replacement diploma, please fill out this form and submit it to academic@missio.edu or fax to 215-368-4913, allowing 2 business days after receipt of payment for the office to process your request.
