Missio Seminary is seeking a Student Services Coordinator.

The Student Services Coordinator is the first contact for students once the student has matriculated. This person answers students’ first-level questions, guides the student in how to proceed and where to go and to whom to go with more complex questions and issues, and generally assists students to be successful in their studies and to assimilate well into healthy, mature, and thriving student life..

Required Qualifications:

  • The Student Services Coordinator will be a person of maturing Christian faith, pastoral character, and administrative competence who is committed to Missio’s mission and to the growth of the seminary
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong relational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a member of the staff team
  • Able to prioritize and complete several projects simultaneously to meet required deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Competent technical and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and execute events
  • Computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products and database management software. Willing and able to gain mastery of Campus Café, Moodle, and other software as needed

This is a part-time (25 hours per week) position.
