Missio Seminary has an immediate opening for a part-time GSOC Office Coordinator. Under the general supervision of the Director of the Graduate School of Counseling (GSOC), the Office Coordinator will provide support and assistance in all areas of the GSOC Department.

Qualifications:

  • A committed Christian who desires to help Missio Seminary achieve its mission of preparing missional leaders for the church
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent administrative skills, including ability to organize and prioritize projects, manage details, and work independently
  • Able to guide and direct students in appropriate places in the MAC program
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, and team oriented
  • Good computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office products; ability to master selected processes on other administrative systems through self-directed training
  • Able to work one night per week (Mondays), one retreat weekend per year, plus community and program events (MAC Saturday classes, graduation, Expo) including some Saturdays
