Missio Seminary is seeking a Controller in the Business Office.

The Controller will be a committed Christian who desires to help Missio Seminary achieve its mission of preparing leaders to follow Jesus into the world.

  • Have experience and training in nonprofit or higher education financial accounting
  • Possess administrative and supervisory skills, including the ability to organize and prioritize projects, manage details, and oversee staff
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be team oriented
  • Be committed to high standards of discretion and handling personal information confidentially
  • Have good computer skills, extensive experience with accounting software (the seminary uses Xero), and Microsoft Office products
