Missio Seminary is seeking an Alumni, Church and Student Relations Manager.

The alumni, church and student relations manager will serve as an important partner of the Alumni, Church, and Student Relations department, providing leadership to strengthen our relationships among graduates, churches, and students of Missio. This individual will direct the day-to-day activities of the alumni, church, and student relations initiatives supervising the Missio ambassadors and an administrative assistant. The primary focus will be on implementing Missio’s efforts to establish and strengthen relationships that increase engagement and ultimately support increased donations and enrollment. Additionally, this individual will work on improving the student experience on campus leading to greater engagement and an enhanced student experience.

  • A maturing Christian committed to helping Missio Seminary achieve its mission
  • Strong ability to articulate the vision, mission and core values of Missio Seminary
  • Self-motivated and able to solve problems while also a team player who values constructive direction
  • Handles all work with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Able to complete several projects simultaneously to meet required deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the flexibility to provide support where needed
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise others to achieve high levels of success
