Missio Seminary is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in the Academic Services/Registrar Office.

The Administrative Assistant for Academic Services will report to the Director of Academic Services/Registrar and provide support for the academic office. The administrative assistant will contribute to the overall atmosphere of effective, efficient student service in the academic office and maintain a positive working relationship with other departments.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience providing administrative support in a professional setting
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a higher education setting
  • Experience with a student information system (SIS), preferably Campus Café
  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
